Nuclear Fuel Supply Forum

This one-day Forum is designed to provide information on policy issues related to the nuclear fuel industry and encourage discussion on these issues within the industry. Speakers from key government agencies and organizations that shape policy present the latest insights on current topics.

Utility nuclear fuel managers; uranium exploration and mining companies; uranium converters and enrichers; nuclear fuel fabricators; nuclear fuel brokers, traders and consultants; transporters of nuclear fuel; energy economists, investors and financial institutions; legal experts in uranium and fuel contracting issues; government officials, policymakers and regulators; international energy organizations.Conference Information
- Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the Ballroom Foyer, located on the lower level of the Willard Hotel.
- The Forum will be held in the hotel’s Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- NEI will host a buffet lunch at noon.
- A reception will be held in the Willard’s Crystal Room from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
- Business attire is appropriate for the Forum.
- Forum cancellations must be received by July 1 to receive a refund of the registration fee; however, substitutions are always accepted.

The hotel cutoff at the Willard InterContinental is Tuesday, July 1. Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $199 until the hotel cutoff date or until our room block is full. Travel Information
AirportReagan National Airport , the closest airport to the hotel, is a 20-minute drive away. The Metrorail subway (Blue Line) will take you from National Airport to the Metro Center station for approximately $1.50. Exit Metro Center at 12th and F streets, walk two blocks west on F Street and cross 14th Street to the back entrance of the Willard Hotel. A taxi from National Airport to the Willard is suggested rather than a shuttle for this short distance. A taxi will cost approximately $15.
Dulles Airport is a 45-minute drive to the hotel. A taxi from Dulles Airport to the Willard will cost approximately $50. SuperShuttle and Airport Express provide shuttle service to the Willard for $25 each way with no advance reservation. For return to the airport, 24-hour notice is required by shuttle services and can be arranged through the Willard concierge.
Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) is a one-hour drive to the hotel. A taxi from BWI to the Willard will cost approximately $60. SuperShuttle and Airport Express provide shuttle service to the Willard for $30 each way with no advance reservation. For return to the airport, 24-hour notice is required by shuttle services and can be arranged through the Willard concierge.

Parking is provided at the Willard for $28 per day.
